Pada tanggal 4 Desember, Melon Music Awards 2021 (MMA 2021) diadakan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada artis berdasarkan data pengguna Melon, suara, skor ahli, dan banyak lagi.
Seperti MMA 2020, MMA 2021 digelar tanpa penonton dan disiarkan secara langsung akibat pandemi COVID-19.
